早期康复训练对急性脑梗死患者肢体功能恢复的影响研究

摘要

目的：研究早期康复训练对急性脑梗死患者肢体功能恢复的影响。方法90例急性脑梗死患者随机分为两组，两组均给予药物治疗，观察组同时进行早期肢体康复训练。结果观察组治疗的总有效率95.55%，对照组治疗总有效率71.11%，两组之间对比，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在药物治疗的基础上实施早期肢体康复训练，可以提高急性脑梗死患者的日常生活能力，提高治疗效果。%Objective To study the effect of early rehabilitation training on limb function recovery in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 90 cases of acute cerebral infarction, which were randomly divided into two groups, two groups were given drug treatment, the observation group also performed early limb rehabilitation training.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.55%, while the total effective rate of the control group was only 71.11%, was difference had statistically signiifcance (P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of early rehabilitation training on the basis of drug therapy can improve the daily life ability of patients with acute cerebral infarction, and improve the treatment effect.
