床边间歇性血液透析对肾衰竭患者的治疗价值评析

Objective To investigate the therapeutic value of intermittent hemodialysis in patients with renal failure. Methods 40 cases of renal failure in our hospital were selected. The patients were treated with intermittent hemodialysis in patients with renal failure during the period from March 2012 to September 2013. Results The heart rate, MAP, Scr, pH, APACHEⅡscore, SOFA score and Boston score of the patients with renal failure after treatment were signiifcantly better than before treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion Bedside intermittent hemodialysis has good therapeutic effect on renal failure patients.%目的：探讨床边间歇性血液透析对肾衰竭患者的治疗价值。方法选取我院肾衰竭患者40例，收治时间为2012年3月～2013年9月，给予肾衰竭患者采用床边间歇性血液透析治疗。结果肾衰竭患者治疗后的心率、MAP、Scr、pH值、APACHEⅡ评分、SOFA评分、Boston积分优于治疗前（P＜0.05）。结论床边间歇性血液透析对肾衰竭患者具有良好的治疗效果。
