目的分析与讨论骨性双颌前突的临床诊治方法。方法选取2012年1月~2014年12月我院收治的32例骨性双颌前突患者的临床资料，对其进行回顾与分析。结果治疗后，患者的颌、面、牙关系协调，面部外观得到改善，咬合关系恢复良好，相较于治疗之前，深覆、深覆盖、唇齿距离、SNA角有所缩小。结论根尖下截骨和颏前徙成形术，上下颌前牙区以及颏部走行的血管相对较少，手术风险小，疗效良好，被越来越多的患者所接受。%Objective Analyze and discuss on methods of diagnosis and treatment of bony double jaw protrusion.Methods Choosing from January 2012 to December 2014 that 32 cases of patients with skeletal bimaxillary protrusion clinical data, Their treatment were analyzed retrospectively.
