目的：研究在活动期类风湿关节炎患者中使用清热活血法进行治疗的效果以及机制。方法选择我院收治的60例活动期关节炎患者，将其根据抽签的方法分为两组，所有患者都使用西药甲氨蝶呤进行治疗，观察组患者在此基础上使用中药清热活血法进行治疗，对比两组患者疾病治疗效果以及 DAS28改善情况。结果使用中西医结合法进行治疗的患者6个月 ACR20以及 DAS28改善情况优于对照组，组间差异经对比P ＜0.05，差异有统计学意义。结论对于活动期类风湿关节炎患者，在常规西药治疗的基础上使用清热活血法能够提高疾病治疗效果，改善患者的关节功能。%Objective Research on the clinical effect and mechanisms of clear heat and activating blood circulation in the treatment of active rheumatoid arthritis. Methods 60 cases of the patient with active rheumatoid arthritis in our hospital were selected, according to the method of drawing lots, it will be divided into two groups. All patients were treated with methotrexate, the observation group, on the basis of using methotrexate, were treated with clear heat and promoting blood circulation about traditional Chinese medicine, to compare therapeutic effect of the disease and the situation of improving DAS28. Results After 6 months, the situation of improving ACR20 and DAS28 of patients who were treated with clear heat and activating blood circulation was better than that of the control group. By contrast the differences between the two groups, P<0.05, it has significant differences. Conclusion For patients with active rheumatoid arthritis, Using heat clear and activating the blood on the basis of conventional western medicine can improve treatment effect of disease, improve the joint function of patients and has a widely used value.
