目的：对膈疝修补术治疗新生儿先天性膈疝的远期疗效进行分析和观察。方法选取我院2010年1月～2015年1月收治的46例新生儿先天性膈疝患儿，所有患儿均接受膈疝修补术的治疗，随访1年，对比治疗前后患儿的呼吸情况。结果治疗前后患儿轻度衰竭例数之间的比较差异不具有统计学意义（P＞0.05），呼吸正常例数显著增多，中度、重度衰竭例数显著减少，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论膈疝修补术治疗新生儿先天性膈疝远期效果良好，安全可靠，可有效改善患儿呼吸功能和呼吸状况。%Objective To analyze and observe the long-term curative effect of diaphragmatic hernia repair in the treatment of neonatal congenital diaphragmatic hernia. Methods 46 cases of neonatal congenitaldiaphragmatic hernia patients were chosen in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2015. All patients underwent repair of diaphragmatic hernia treatment, all the patients were followed up for 1 year, compared before and after treatment in children with breath.Results Treatment before and after the children with mild failure cases between the difference does not have statistical signiifcance (P> 0.05), normal breathing with a signiifcant increase in the number of, moderate, and severe failure cases a signiifcant reduction of the number, the difference has statistical significance (P< 0.05).Conclusion Diaphragmatic hernia repair in the treatment of neonatal congenital diaphragmatic hernia long-term effect is good, safe and reliable, can effectively improve the respiratory function and respiratory status.
