平板运动负荷试验在168例冠心病的高危人群中的临床应用分析

摘要

目的：探讨平板运动负荷试验在冠心病高危人群诊断中的临床价值。方法2012年1月～2015年1月本院共收治了168例疑似冠心病的患者，医护人员对所有患者分别实施了平板运动负荷试验和冠状动脉造影检查，对比分析两种检查结果。结果平板运动负荷试验在冠心病诊断中的敏感性为91.01%，特异性为88.61%，阳性预测值为90.00%，阴性预测值为89.74%，预测准确性为89.88%。结论平板运动负荷试验在冠心病高危人群诊断中，敏感性、特异性较高，诊断准确率较高。%Objective To study the exercise load test in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease risk groups clinical value.Methods 168 cases of patients with suspected coronary artery disease were treated in our hospital from January 2012 and January 2015, medical personnel in all patients, respectively, to implement the exercise treadmill test and coronary angiography examination, analysis of two kinds of test results.ResultsThe exercise treadmill test in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease (CHD) sensitivity of 91.01%, speciifcity of 88.61%, positive predictive value was 90.00%, negative predictive value was 89.74%, the prediction accuracy of 89.88%. ConclusionThe exercise treadmill test in high-risk groups in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease, higher sensitivity, speciifcity and diagnostic accuracy is higher.
