不同类型失代偿期肝硬化患者胆囊壁MRI变化分析

摘要

目的：探讨不同类型失代偿期肝硬化患者胆囊壁MRI变化异同。方法按发病原因的不同将109例失代偿期肝硬化患者分组。应用PHILIPS 1.5T MR机对上述患者行上腹部平扫及增强扫描。测量患者胆囊壁的厚度，进行胆囊壁分型，测量门静脉内径（DVP）。结果各组间在以上各项检测指标间差异无统计学意义。结论不同类型失代偿期肝硬化患者胆囊壁MRI无明显差异性。%Objective To investigate the difference of MRI in gallbladder wall in patients with different types of cirrhosis.MethodsAccording to the different causes of the 109 cases of patients with cirrhosis of the liver cirrhosis. Application of 1.5T MR PHILIPS machine on the above patients on the abdominal plain scan and enhanced scan. The thickness of gallbladder wall was measured, and the diameter of portal vein (DVP) was measured.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in the above test indicators.Conclusion Portal hypertension in liver dysfunction of gallbladder wall and the change of the relationship between close, liver function decline of serum bilirubin and transaminase increased and changes of the gallbladder wall is parallel relationship, estrogen may participate in the gallbladder wall changes.
