Objective To analyze the influence of psychological nursing intervention on anxiety and quality of life of patients undergoing hysterectomy. Methods The clinical data of 96 cases of hysterectomy were analyzed retrospectively, including 48 cases in the control group, were given routine nursing; 48 cases in the observation group, on the basis of routine nursing,were given psychological nursing intervention. Results After nursing, the anxiety score of the observation group was (41.80±3.58), lower than that of the control group (48.20±5.96). The quality of life score was (70.20±8.89), was higher than that of the control group (64.50±6.12). The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention can alleviate anxiety and improve quality of life in patients with hysterectomy.%目的：分析心理护理干预对子宫切除术患者术后焦虑及生活质量的影响。方法回顾性分析96例子宫切除术患者的临床资料，其中对照组48例，采取常规护理；观察组48例，在常规护理的基础上，采取心理护理干预。结果护理后，观察组术后焦虑评分为（41.80±3.58）分，低于对照组的（48.20±5.96）分；生活质量评分为（70.20±8.89）分，高于对照组的（64.50±6.12）分，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论心理护理干预对缓解子宫切除术患者术后焦虑，改善生活质量均具有积极作用。
