儿童慢性咳嗽病因分析及预防措施

摘要

Objective To explore the related risk factors of chronic cough in children and make some measurements.Methods 986 childrem with cough who hospitalized in Ji’ning High Tech Zone, Liuxing Street Health Center were analyzed, focusing onthe risk factors of sexual, age, allergic history, hospitalized history, living enviroment (including smoking, air pollution, bad smelling and animal fur) and season factors.Results Age, allergic history, hospitalized history, living enviroment (including smoking, air pollution, bad smelling and animal fur) and season factors are the risk factors of cough children with chronic cough.Conclusion Living enviroment was the important cause of chronic cough in children and need take measures.%目的：分析儿童慢性咳嗽的病因并针对性的提出预防措施。方法选取济宁高新区柳行街道卫生院986例咳嗽患者，设计调查表，记录患儿性别、年龄、过敏史、既往呼吸道疾病住院史、生活环境因素（包括烟草暴露，空气污染、房屋异味和接触动物皮毛等情况）、发病季节等因素。结果患儿年龄、过敏史、既往呼吸道疾病住院史、生活环境因素（包括烟草暴露，空气污染、房屋异味和接触动物皮毛等情况）、发病季节等均可能是儿童慢性咳嗽的病因。结论环境因素是导致儿童慢性咳嗽的重要原因，需要针对性采取干预措施。
