管桩滚焊机新型焊接电极的研发与应用

摘要

The influence of the current rotating electrode structure on energy consumption, electrode life and pile quality and the influence of the current fixed electrode structure on the service life of the electrode are analyzed. A new type of welding electrode is put forward, and it points out that after using the welding electrode (including rotating electrode and the fixed electrode), the electrode life can be prolonged, energy-saving effect is remarkable, and meanwhile, the quality of the piles can be improved.%分析研究了目前旋转电极结构对能耗、电极寿命及管桩质量的影响以及固定电极结构对电极使用寿命的影响。介绍了一种新型焊接电极，并指出，使用新型旋转电极和固定电极后，电极寿命明显提高，节能效果显著，同时可提高管桩质量。
