在寒冷地区存放使用预应力钢筒混凝土管易被忽视的问题

摘要

分析了预应力钢筒混凝土管砂浆保护层的要求以及砂浆冻融破坏的原因，提出了在寒冷地区存放使用预应力钢筒混凝土管易被忽视的问题，并给出了相应措施。指出应提高砂浆保护层的质量，避免在冬季将管子长期处于过度潮湿的地方，有利提高管的使用寿命。%The demands of mortar cover of prestressed concrete cylinder pipe (PCCP) and the reason why THE mortar would happen to the freezing -thaw damage are analyzed. When the PCCP is stored and used in cold area, the easily neglected problems and the corresponding measures are put forward. For prolonging the service life of the PCCP,it is very important to improve the quality of the mortar cover and avoid to place the PCCP in the frozen wet environment for a long time.
