高铝煤矸石活化及在灌浆料中的应用研究

         

摘要

The heat-activated condition of high alumina coal gangue in Neimenggu is studied, and then, the activated coal gangue is used in grouting material to study the application effect. The result shows that the optimal calcining temper-ature of high alumina coal gangue is 800℃. The fluidity of the grouting material decreases when Portland cement is re-placed by the activated coal gangue, but increases when silica fume is replaced. Adding the activated coal gangue can shorten the setting time of grouting material. The compressive strength of the grouting material enhances when silica fume is replaced by activated coal gangue powder, and the more the replacement ratio, the greater the strength; the compressive strength of grouting material enhances when cement is replaced by activated coal gangue powder after 7d,but decreases in1d.%以内蒙古某地高铝煤矸石为研究对象,采用胶砂强度法研究了其最佳热活化条件,并将活化后的煤矸石分别取代水泥和掺合料硅灰应用于水泥基灌浆料中。结果表明,该高铝煤矸石的最佳热活化温度为800℃;活化高铝煤矸石替代水泥基灌浆料中的水泥时,可使其流动度下降,但替代其掺合料硅灰时,可使其流动度增加;活化高铝煤矸石无论是替代灌浆料中的水泥还是硅灰,均可使灌浆料的凝结时间缩短;活化高铝煤矸石替代灌浆料中的水泥时,对初期强度不利,但7d后强度均有不同程度提高,活化高铝煤矸石替代灌浆料中的硅灰时,可提高其强度,取代率越大,提高幅度越大,完全取代效果最好。
