Message from the Guest Editor for the Special Issue

摘要

With a long-term accumulation of IT technologies, especially the rapidly development of Internet, cloud computing emerges as a paradigm of Internet computing, in which dynamically scalable and virtualized resources are provided as services. Cloud computing brings a new revolution after the PC (Personal Computer) revolution in 1980s and the Internet revolution in 1990s.
