新掘主运大巷小倾角贯穿主运斜井综合掘进与支护技术研究

     

摘要

Aiming at the engineering characteristics of the new main haulage roadway crossing through the main transport inclined well,combining the physical and mechanical properties of crossing strata coal rock,the numerical simulation is used to study the disturbance effect on the surrounding rock and supporting structure of cross roadway during the excavation and the evolution law of displacement and loosening area of surrounding rock of roadway intersection,and then a reasonable advance strengthe-ning technique has been proposed to ensure the long-term stability and security of the surrounding rock and supporting structure of cross roadway;for the regional superposition effect of roadway surrounding rock during excavation,the main roadway in cross point is divided into different sections and the sup-porting technology combining the active and passive methods is applied,which superposes the bolt-mesh-anchor-spraying and steel support dynamically.The site industrial tests show that the surrounding rock deformation in cross roadway is smaller after using this combined supporting scheme,which has effec-tively controlled the great deformation and destruction of the surrounding rock in large-section intersec-tions in the coal mine.%针对新掘主运大巷与主运斜井的立面交叉贯通工程特点,结合穿越地层煤岩的物理力学特性,采用数值模拟研究了开挖过程对交岔点巷道围岩与支护结构的扰动效应及交岔点围岩位移与松动范围演化规律,提出了合理的超前预加固技术;针对开挖过程中巷道围岩区域性迭加效应,对交岔点大巷划分不同区段,采取主动与被动相结合的支护技术,将锚网索喷与型钢支架动态叠加在一起。现场工业试验表明,采用该联合支护方案后交岔点各段围岩变形量较小,有效地控制了煤矿大断面交岔点围岩大变形与破坏。
