大采高综放开采特厚顶煤运移特征实测研究∗

         

摘要

In order to grasp the movement characteristics of extra thick top coal in fully mechanized caving mining face with large mining height,observation stations were set in No. 8105 fully mechanized caving face in Tashan Coal Mine,then the movement characteristics of dif-ferent layers of extra thick top coal were observed and analyzed by the method of deep base point observation. The results showed that the movements of the upper and lower layer of top coal were not synchronized,which could be divided into three stages. The influence stage of advanced support pressure was 4~27 m from the front of coal wall,where the upper layer's displacement increment was more than the lower layer's;the influence stage of roof rotation and subsidence was 0~4 m from the front of coal wall,where the lower layer's displacement increment was more than the upper layer's;the influence stage of supports supporting repeatly and roof rotation was 0~-6 m from the rear of coal wall,where the lower layer's displacement increment increased rapidly.%为掌握大采高综放开采特厚顶煤的运移特征,采用深基点观测方法,在大同塔山8105大采高综放工作面设置观测站,对特厚顶煤不同层位的运移特征进行观测分析。结果表明特厚顶煤上、下位的顶煤运移具有不同步性,主要分为3个阶段:煤壁前方4~27 m为超前支承压力影响阶段,上位顶煤位移增量大于下位顶煤;煤壁前方0~4 m 为顶板回转下沉影响阶段,下位顶煤的位移增量大于上位顶煤;煤壁后方-6~0 m 为支架反复支撑-顶板回转影响阶段,下位顶煤的位移增量急剧增加。
