煤矿安全预警与检查闭环管理系统研究与设计∗

摘要

从风险源管理和隐患治理角度出发，针对当前煤矿安全管理工作中存在风险源识别不智能、隐患缺乏有效监督和检查以及缺乏事前控制和闭环管理等问题，设计了一套安全预警与检查闭环管理系统，介绍了系统的总体架构以及业务流程，并对系统功能进行了阐述。在潞安集团司马煤业有限公司实际应用表明，该系统提高了安全管理信息传递和反馈的效率，形成了安全闭环管理，对煤炭企业推进安全管理信息化具有一定借鉴意义。%In view of the problems existing in the coal mine safety management at present that the identification of risk sources was not intelligent,the hidden dangers were not effectively supervised and inspected,and the feedforward control and closed-loop management were lacking, a set of closed-loop management system of mine safety pre-warning and inspection was designed. The overall architecture and operation processes were introduced and the system function was e-laborated. The practical application of this system in Sima Coal Industry of Lu'an Group showed that it improved the transfer and feedback efficiencies of the safty management information and the closed-loop management was achieved,which was a certain reference for coal enterprises to promote the informatization of safety management.
