中国动力煤全产业链环境成本分析∗

摘要

Taking steam coal as an example which are two thirds of China's coal production, and according to environment costs construction of coal preparation,transportation and utiliza-tion,the authors launched comprehensive assessment basing upon technology,economy and en-vironment,and also analyzed influences of energy consumption and pollutant emissions to im-prove quality of coal.%以占我国煤炭产量2/3的动力煤为例，按照煤炭洗选－运输－利用等全产业链条的环境成本构成，开展基于技术－经济－环境的综合评价，分析能源消耗和污染物排放对提高煤炭质量的影响。
