定向钻机在赵庄煤矿松软突出煤层钻进中的应用实践

摘要

针对松软突出煤层高应力易塌孔煤层钻进过程中遇到喷孔、卡钻、塌孔、抱钻和煤炮等困难，赵庄煤矿采用 ZDY－6000L 全液压定向钻机进行了工业性试验，采取了钻头沿着顶板或底板钻进、水力排渣等技术措施。结果表明：定向钻机配合高强度刻槽钻杆钻进与普通钻机配合光面钻杆钻进相比较，可提高钻进效率100％以上，提高钻进深度30％以上，减少采煤工作面瓦斯抽采空白带。%In view of many troubles in the period of drilling in soft outburst coal seam,such as jet orifice,drill pipe sticking or jamming,borehole collapse and coal burst,the industrial test of full hydraulic directional drilling machine (ZDY-6000L)was carried out in Zhaozhuang Coal Mine,and some measures were adopted,covering drilling along the roof or floor,hydraulic dis-charge of slag.Compared with normal drilling machine combined with smooth drill pipe,the re-sults showed that the directional drilling machine combined with high-strength drill pipe could en-hance the efficiency by over 100 %,increase the depth by over 30 %.
