Coal industry,as the labor-intensive enterprise,exists some problems,such as too many labors,but low efficiency,high labor costs,which was highlighted historical problem, limited coal mine production and management,and seriously affected the enterprise profits.The current author took Tangshan Mining Company as an example and introduced how to raise effi-ciency and innovational manage by reduce labors,in order to decrease labor costs,increase effi-ciency and promote enterprises sustainable developing.%煤炭行业作为劳动密集型企业,存在人多效率低、人工成本高的问题,制约着煤矿生产经营,严重影响了企业利润。以唐山矿业公司为例,阐述如何通过减员提效和管理创新,从而降低人工成本,提高企业效益,推动企业持续发展。
