超千米深井高地应力软岩巷道底鼓机理及支护技术研究

         

摘要

Aiming at the problems of serious floor heave and difficult support of soft rock roadway with high ground stress in Cixi Coal Mine with the depth over 1000 m,the theoretical a-nalysis,numerical simulation and site observation method were adopted to analyze the mechanical characteristics of surrounding rock of soft rock roadway and main influence factors of floor heave, combined supporting technology was put forward,including whole section U shape steel support in surrounding rock of roadway and bolt (anchor)support in deep-shallow surrounding rock of floor. Field practice indicated that the average value of convergence between roof and floor of main return airway was 144 mm and the average moving velocity was 3.5 mm/d,the average de-formation amount of roadway surrounding rock was 124 mm and the average moving velocity was 3.1 mm/d,so the floor heave of soft rock roadway with high ground stress had been effectively controlled.%针对磁西超千米深井高地应力软岩巷道底鼓量大、难支护的问题,采用理论分析、数值模拟以及现场观测的方法分析了巷道围岩力学特征及形成底鼓的主要影响原因,提出了巷道围岩全断面 U 型钢支护和底板深浅部围岩锚杆(索)联合支护技术.现场实施效果表明总回风巷整体断面顶底板移近平均值为144 mm,移近平均速度为3.5 mm/d,两帮的移近平均值为124 mm,移近平均速度为3.1 mm/d,高地应力软岩巷道底鼓得到了有效控制.
