Full-deep freezing shaft sinking technology had been widely used in China's western mining area,but annular space caused by incompletely blocked freezing holes turned into concealed and vertical channels.Based on the analysis of the disaster mechanism of the freezing holes,a comprehensive treatment technology of concealed and vertical channels was put forward,which includes seven key imple-mentation steps as follow:determination of unblocked area of the annular space and risk assessment of water hazard,analysis of lithology combination characteristics analysis of hidden danger area and determination of optimal grouting treatment section,detection and special o-rientation of freezing holes,design of combined grouting scheme,design and build of active construction platform,information construc-tion and grouting effect checking,partial supplement grouting.Under the guidance of the technical system,the comprehensive manage-ment project of the concealed and vertical water flowing channels around unblocked freezing holes of the main shaft in Yingpanhao Coal Mine was carried out successfully and achieved satisfactory results.%全深冻结凿井技术在我国西部矿区得到广泛应用,而冻结孔因未完全封闭形成的环形空间成为隐蔽竖向导水通道.基于冻结孔成灾机制分析,提出了全深冻结法井筒隐蔽竖向导水通道综合治理技术,包括冻结孔环形空间封闭不良范围确定及其水害危险性评价、灾害隐患段岩性组合特征分析及最佳注浆治理区间确定、冻结孔探查与空间定位、综合注浆方案设计、活动式施工平台设计与构筑、信息化施工及注浆效果检验与局部补充注浆等关键实施步骤.在该技术体系指导下,营盘壕煤矿主井冻结孔封闭不良段等隐蔽竖向导水通道的综合治理工程得以成功实施,取得理想治理效果.
