三软突出煤层'钻机+瓦斯抽采孔水力作业机'协同冲孔工艺研究及应用

         

摘要

新义矿为简化现有水力冲孔技术、提高冲孔效率,通过分析冲孔效率与冲孔压力和钻孔环空三者之间的关系,认为钻冲一体化水力冲孔工艺存在环空小、最优冲孔效率较低的弊端,提出了钻机+瓦斯抽采孔水力作业机协同冲孔工艺.通过现场试验表明,钻孔环空的大小对冲孔效率起到了制约作用,随着钻孔环空的增大,其最佳冲孔压力和最佳冲孔效率明显增加.钻机+瓦斯抽采孔水力作业机协同冲孔工艺的最佳冲孔压力为16~18 MPa,冲孔效率为5.6~5.8t/班,是钻冲一体化水力冲孔工艺的3.8倍.%In order to simplify the existing hydraulic punching technology and improve the punching efficiency,the relation-ship between punching efficiency and punching pressure and drilling annulus was analyzed. It was considered that the hydraulic punching technology of drilling and punching integration had the disadvantages of small annulus and low punching efficiency.The cooperative punching technology of drilling rig and hydraulic gas drainage borehole drilling machine was put forward.The result of field test showed that the size of drilling annulus restricted the punching efficiency. With the increasing of drilling annulus,the optimal punching pressure and punching efficiency increased significantly.The optimum punching pressure of cooperative punc-hing technology of drilling rig and hydraulic gas drainage borehole drilling machine was 16~18 Mpa and the corresponding punc-hing efficiency was 5.6~5.8 t/shift,which was 3.8 times of the original hydraulic punching process.
