刍清洗过滤器在电石渣脱硫剂生产中的应用

The compostion of particle of carbide slag slurry was complicated. And the abrasion and blocking were produced on desulfurized system by big particle. Particle grain fineness and solid content were controlled by carbide slag slurry autocleaning filter. And the carbide slag slurry was coming into the desulfurizer.%电石渣浆中颗粒组成复杂，其中的大颗粒对脱硫系统产生磨损、堵塞等问题。电石渣浆自清洗过滤器能同时控制电石渣浆中颗粒细度和总固含量双重指标，使过滤处理后的电石渣浆变成合格脱硫剂产品。
