添加剂对碳酸钙溶解度和浆液pH值的影响研究

摘要

The effect of additives on the solubility of calcium carbonate and pH value of the slurry were studied.The results showed that additives could promote the dissolution of calcium carbonate and different additives had different effect. The organic additive effect was the most significant; the composite additive effect was slightly worse and the inorganic additive effect was less than ideal .There was no obvious synergy between the components,and the influence of different compound ratio on CaCO3 solubility were different. The organic acids could suppress the decreasing of pH value of the slurry in some degree.%　　本实验考察了无机盐添加剂、有机酸添加剂和复合添加剂对碳酸钙溶解度和对浆液pH值缓冲性能的影响。结果表明：添加剂可以促进碳酸钙的溶解，不同添加剂作用程度不同，其中有机添加剂的效果最显著，复合添加剂效果略差，无机添加剂效果较不理想。复合添加剂成分间无明显的协同作用，不同复合比例对CaCO3溶解度的影响不同。有机酸对浆液pH值有一定缓冲作用。
