垢下腐蚀作为电化学腐蚀的一种特殊腐蚀形式,其腐蚀所造成的危害巨大,截止目前仍没有一种科学可行的方法对其形成速率进行有效监测。通过现场监测点和试验室内“静态”挂片对比试验研究对中原油田联合站集输系统结垢速率的监测方法进行科学研究和论证,实现了对中原油田集输系统结垢速率的有效监测,从而改善了油田垢下腐蚀防护措施,为油田的安全生产提供了保障。%Under-deposit corrosion as a special form of electrochemical corrosion, which will cause great harm, so far there still no such a scientific and feasible method to monitor its rate of formation effectively. In this paper, a method for monitoring the scaling rate of the gathering and transportation system has been conducted a scientific argument through the field monitoring sites and the lab "static state" hanging pieces comparative test research,the effectively monitoring of scaling rate of gathering and transportation system has been realized, which will definitely improve the under-deposit corrosion protective measures and provide a guarantee for the safety production of Zhongyuan oilfield.
