柳钢湿法脱硫熔硫系统的优化与改造

摘要

To solve the problem of wet desulfurization such as pipeline blockage and the poor quality of sulfur,it’s necessary for coking plant of Liuzhou Iron and Steel Company to reform the piping system,introduce the sulfur melting kettle and optimize operation of sulfur-melting which can improve the quality and production of sulfur and reduce energy consumption.%柳钢焦化厂湿法脱硫熔硫系统自投用以来一直存在一定的问题，管道堵塞，设备锈蚀，硫磺质量差。为了改善系统运行，焦化厂对熔硫系统蒸汽以及清液管道进行改造，引进连续式熔硫釜，优化熔硫操作，改善了硫磺品质，提高了硫磺产量，降低熔硫工序能耗。
