The polarograms of mixture of pyrazine and its methyl deriva-tives consist of overlapping peaks.This generally precludes the direct ana-lysis of these components without prior separation.In this paper,mixturesof pyrazines at trace level(150ppb-lppm)were analysed using differentialpulse polarography(DPP)and the results were interpreted using chemometricapproach:principal component regression.Acceptable results with recoveriesin the 93-106% range and RSD in the ca.5-12% range were obtained.
