面向网购的低碳供应链激励模型及其应用

         

摘要

面向网购的低碳供应链运作目标是增强网购对企业低碳运作的促进作用,弱化网购对企业低碳运作的负面影响。在网购和低碳背景下,供应链将面临两个方面的激励,即单激励和双激励。单激励是指碳税激励或碳超排处罚激励,双激励是指同时考虑碳税和碳超排处罚激励。仅采取征收碳税激励能减少供应链总成本,但增加了排放成本;仅采取超排处罚激励增加了供应链总成本,但环境成本没有变化;综合采取征收碳税和超排处罚激励能同时降低碳排放成本和供应链总成本。%The target of low-carbon supply chain operation based on online shopping is to enhance the role of online shopping in promoting the enterprises' low-carbon operation,and weaken the negative role of online shopping in encouraging the enterprises' low-carbon operation. In the light of online shopping and low-carbon,the supply chain will be facing single or dual incentive. The single incentive means carbon tax or emission penalty of carbon dioxide;while the dual incentive considers both of these two aspects. The carbon tax incentive reduces supply chain’s overall cost,but increases emission cost;emission penalty of carbon dioxide incentive increases supply chain’s overall cost,but there is no change in environment cost;the combination of them can reduce both the cost of emission and the overall cost of the supply chain.
