我国跨境电子商务贸易平台模式探讨

摘要

In recent years,cross-border e-commerce trade is developing rapidly;it has become the development trend of China's international trade and new growth point of national economy. In the industry chain of cross-border business trade, cross-border e-commerce trade platform plays a very important role and provides a range of services including logistics,finance, trade,marketing and risk control.At present,there are still some problems with the cross-border e-commerce trade platform in terms of the industry chain,platform service,intellectual property rights and the innovation of the mode. We should deeply integrate the industrial chain,provide personalized service,strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights,and accelerate the innovative development of cross-border e-commerce trade platform.%近年来，跨境电子商务贸易发展迅猛，已成为我国国际贸易的发展趋势和国民经济新的增长点。在跨境电子商务贸易产业链中，跨境电子商务贸易平台起到了十分重要的作用，提供了包括物流、金融、交易、营销、风险控制在内的一系列服务。当前国内跨境电子商务贸易平台在产业链、平台服务、知识产权和模式创新等方面存在许多问题，应深度整合产业链，提供个性化服务，加大知识产权保护力度，加快跨境电子商务贸易平台模式创新发展。
