基于产业互联网的现代供应链及其创新路径

         

摘要

There are differences between industrial Internet and Consumption Internet in terms of main users,driven force for development and target. The final target of industrial Internet is to form modern supply chain,and one of the development stages is to make logistics,finance and the all supply chain activities to be involved in Internet. The management structure of modern supply chain will be focused not only on coordinated management and cooperation among enterprises,but also on industrial clusters,which emphasizes resources integration based on specialization,the realization of coordinated value creation with the help of cross-boundary integration,the realization of innovative management of integrated factors,and the total factor innovation and factor integration innovation. The innovation of modern supply chain will mainly demonstrated as intelligentization,ecologicalization,servitization,and visualization of the industrial supply chain as a whole;and this innovation will be realized by value proposition,commitment and realization.%产业互联网与消费互联网相比,在用户主体、发展动因及目标方面均有不同.产业互联网的最终目的是形成现代供应链,其中物流、金融的互联网化和全产业链活动的互联网化是其发展阶段.现代供应链将供应链的管理结构不仅强调企业之间的协同管理与合作,而且扩展到了产业集群,强调专业分工基础上的资源融合,通过跨界融合实现供应链运营的同步化、交互化协同价值创造,最终实现集成要素的创新管理,特别强调的是供应链的全要素创新和要素集合创新.现代供应链的创新主要体现在产业供应链整体的智能化、生态化、服务化及可视化,并通过定义价值、承诺价值和实现价值完成创新.
