苏淮猪发酵床养殖试验

         

摘要

苏淮猪是2011年刚通过国家畜禽遗传资源委员会审定的新品种.其在正常饲养条件下,25kg~90kg 日增重650g,90kg 体重的日龄约175天,料重比3.1颐1,屠宰率72%,背膘厚28.7mm 以下,胴体瘦肉率56%以上.在发酵床养殖条件下,达到90kg 体重需190日龄,日增重为565g,屠宰率、背膘厚和胴体瘦肉率差异不显著,而料重比为2.87颐1,节约饲料9%,特别是肌肉氨基酸含量明显提高,超过正常值40%以上.苏淮猪发酵床养殖效益十分显著.%Suhuai pig is the new varieties just examined and approved by the National Animal Genetic Resources Committee in 2011. In its normal feeding conditions,Suhuai pig is the weight gain of 650g from 25 to 90kg,the age of about 175 days in 90kg body weight,the feed gain ratio of 3.1:1,the slaughter rate of 72%,the backfat thickness of below 28.7mm,the carcass lean meat rate of more than 56%. In the fermentation bed breeding condi-tions,Suhuai pig is the weight gain of 565g from 25 to 90kg,the age of about 190 days in 90kg body weight,the feed gain ratio of 2.87:1,save feed 9%,the slaughter rate,backfat thickness and carcass lean meat rate is not sig-nificantly different,especially muscle amino acid content increased significantly,more than the normal value of 40%. Suhuai pig fermentation bed breeding efficiency is very significant.
