一例犬真菌与螨虫混合感染并发脓皮病诊治

摘要

脓皮病是由化脓性细菌感染引起的皮肤化脓性疾病，又称为化脓性皮炎[1]。根据致病原因可分为原发性的和继发性脓皮病。本文所描述的就是一例由真菌和螨虫混合感染后继发性脓皮病。在治疗过程中，根据病情和药敏试验的结果，调换局部涂抹和全身抗菌消炎的药物，取得了满意的效果。%Pyoderma is a suppurative disease of the skin caused by suppurative bacterial, also known as purulent dermatitis [1]. According to the causes can be divided into primary and secondary pyoderma. This paper described the example by fungi and mites after mixed infection secondary to pyoderma. In the course of treatment, according to the condition and the result of drug sensitivity test selcected topical and systemic antibacterial, anti-inflamma-tory drugs, and obtained satisfactory results.
