宁夏牲畜标识佩戴及养殖档案管理新模式试行情况调查

摘要

In order to reduce the work intensity of village-level anti-epidemic personnel,increase immune speed and quality,a pilot project of animal identification and breeding records management was carried out in part of township in Helan county and Qingtong city,Ningxia,the time of identification wearing was suspended to delivering from within 30 days. It was found that this new management model had some advantages,including reducing work intensity, increasing immune speed and being convenient for handling electric certificate,proposed to generalized based on strengthening supervision.%为降低村级防疫员劳动强度，提高免疫速度和免疫质量，宁夏动物疾病预防控制中心在贺兰县、青铜峡市部分乡（镇）开展畜禽标识佩带及畜禽档案管理的试点，将畜禽标识由幼畜出生30天内加施暂缓至出栏时佩戴。通过试点发现，这种新的管理模式具有降低劳动强度、提高免疫速度、方便电子出证等优势，但在免疫档案管理和检疫监管方面还存在漏洞，建议在加强监管的基础上推广使用。
