基于遥感技术的城市规划实效性监测评价——以徐州市棠张镇城市总体规划为例

摘要

With the help of application of remote sensing technology, the paper discusses the practical question about the disconnection between the result of design and effectiveness of monitoring in urban planning implementation. By monitoring and analysing the master plan of Tang Zhang Town, it evaluates reasons for the problem of master plan in the past three years and clarifies the fact that remote sensing technology will have a broad prospect in monitoring the effctiveness of urban planning in the furture city.%借助于遥感技术的应用，探讨了城市规划实施过程中设计成果与实施效果监测之间脱节的现实问题，以棠张镇总体规划为实例进行监测分析，评价了其总体规划实施三年来所面临问题的成因，明确了遥感技术在未来城市规划实效性监测中将有广阔的前景。
