With pyridine and bromo-n-butane as raw materials,bronsted acidic ionic liquid[BPy]HSO4 was synthesized,and applied to synthesis of n-butyl acetate. By single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment, the optimum synthetic conditions of n-butyl acetate were obtained as follows;the molar ratio of acetic acid to butanol was 2 : l,the molar ratio of [BPy]HSO4 to reactants was 1 : 5,reaction time was 2. 5 h,reaction tem perature was 110 ℃. Under above conditions,the yield of n-butyl acetate reached 93. 22%.%以吡啶和溴代正丁烷为原料合成了质子酸离子液体[BPy] HSO4,并将其用于乙酸正丁酯的合成反应.通过单因素实验和正交实验,确定乙酸正丁酯的最佳合成条件为:乙酸与正丁醇的摩尔比2∶1、[BPy]HSO4与反应物的摩尔比1∶5、反应时间2.5h、反应温度110℃,在此条件下,乙酸正丁酯产率达93.22%.
