BZ34-9 oilfield,which discovered in recent years,is a high quality oilfield in Bohai Sea. During the drill-ing operation process of the early exploration and development,there are complicated conditions such as pipe sticking, leakage and so on,which increase the operation cost. To reduce complicated conditions and meet the requirements of res-ervoir protection,we analyzed the main problems in drilling operation process of BZ34-9 oilfield directional well,opti-mized the drilling fluid system of directional well,and evaluated the efficiency of field application. When improved PEC drilling fluid system was used in non-reservoir well interval,and PEM drilling fluid system was used in reservoir well in-terval,the complicated conditions would reduce and drilling fluid would meet the requirements of reservoir protection. The application of this technique,on the one hand,decreased the integrated operation cost,and on the other hand,provided drilling fluid technology support for the safe and efficient development of BZ34-9 oilfield.%BZ34-9油田是近年来在渤海海域新发现的一个优质油气田,前期勘探开发钻井作业过程中,存在阻卡和漏失等复杂情况,增加了作业成本.为减少复杂情况的发生,同时满足储层保护需要,对BZ34-9油田定向井钻井作业主要问题进行了分析,对钻井液体系进行了优选,并对现场应用效果进行了评价.结果表明,非储层段选择改进型PEC钻井液体系、储层段选择PEM钻井液体系能够减少复杂情况的发生,且能满足储层保护要求.该技术的应用,一方面降低了综合作业费用,另一方面为BZ34-9油田的安全高效开发提供了钻井液技术支持.
