溴化十六烷基吡啶对尿酸电化学行为的影响及测定

         

摘要

利用循环伏安法制备了银掺杂聚L-苯丙氨酸修饰电极,以尿酸为探针,研究了阳离子表面活性剂溴化十六烷基吡啶(CPB)对尿酸电化学行为的影响,建立了测定CPB的新方法。结果表明,随着溴化十六烷基吡啶浓度的增加,尿酸的峰电流降低。在最佳条件下,尿酸氧化峰电流的降低与CPB的浓度在1.00×10-8~1.00×10-5 mol/L和1.00×10-5~1.00×10-4 mol/L的范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为5.0×10-9 mol/L。方法用于自来水中CPB的测定,结果满意。%The silver doped poly(L-phenylalanine) modified electrode was fabricated by cyclic voltammetric method. The electrochemical behaviors of uric acid in the presence of cationic surfactant cetylpyridinium bromide and the determination of cetylpyridinium bromide with uric acid as a probe have been studied by cyclic voltammetry at silver doped poly(L-phenylalanine) modified electrode. The result shows that peak currents of uric acid decrease with concentration increase of cetylpyridinium bromide. In the optimum conditions, the linear ranges for the deter-mination of cetylpyridinium bromide were 1.0 0 × 10-8~1.0 0 × 10-5 mol/L and 1.0 0 × 10-5~1.0 0 × 10-4 mol/L using cyclic voltammetry. The detection limit was 5.0 × 10-9 mol/L. The method was successfully applied to the determina-tion of cetylpyridinium bromide in waste water with satisfactory results.
