利用甲醇超声提取牙膏样品中的三氯生,采用高效液相色谱法(紫外检测器)测定了其含量；探讨了最佳提取和色谱检测条件.结果表明,该方法对牙膏中三氯生的检出限为1.0 μg/g,在三氯生浓度10.5～210 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数R=0.999 98;样品加标回收率为99.81％～103.33％,相对标准偏差为0.03％.该方法具有简便、快速、准确、灵敏的优点,适用于牙膏中三氯生的测定.%Triclosan in tooth paste was extracted with methanol via 20 min of ultrasound irradiation. Then the content of triclosan was determined by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC; ultraviolet detector), and the optimal conditions for extraction and HPLC analysis were discussed. Results show that the present method can be adopted to determine triclosan in tooth paste with a detection limit of 1. 0 μg/g; and good linear relationship is obtained in triclosan concentration range of 10. 5 - 210 mg/L. Corresponding correlation coefficient is 0. 999 98, recoveries at addition levels of 31. 5 -94. 5 mg/L are 99. 81% -103. 33% , and relative standard deviation is 0. 03%. The method is simple, rapid, accurate and sensitive, and is suitable for the determination of triclosan in tooth paste.
