对叔丁基甲苯氧化合成对叔丁基苯甲酸

     

摘要

采用自制鼓泡反应器,以乙酰丙酮钴(Ⅱ)为催化剂、空气为氧化剂,常压下研究了对叔丁基甲苯(PTBT)液相无溶剂氧化合成对叔丁基苯甲酸( PTBA)的反应过程;基于氧化产物分布,分析了PTBT的氧化反应机理与历程,认为氧化反应为串联反应;考察了空气流量、催化剂用量和反应温度等因素的影响,确定了氧化过程的最佳工艺条件为空气流量150 mL/min、反应温度150℃、催化剂Co含量占原料质量的0.003%,在此条件下反应8h,PTBT转化率和PTBA的收率分别为54.9%和 94.8%.%p-tert-butylbenzoic acid(PTBA) was synthesized from oxidation of p-tert-butyltoluene(PTBT) in a tailored bubbling reactor over cobalt acetylacetonate(II) catalyst. The oxidant was air, and the reactor was operated under atmospheric condition. A serial reaction mechanism for PTBT oxidation was proposed based on the distribution of oxidation products. The effects of reaction condition such as air flow rate, reaction temperature and catalyst concentration on PTBT oxidation were investigated, and the appropriate reaction conditions were obtained. PTBT conversion and PTBA yield reached 54.9% and 94.8% after reaction 8 h, respectively, under the conditions of air flow rate of 150 mL/min, reaction temperature of 150 癈 and mass fraction of Co 0.003%.
