延迟焦化装置用能分析及节能措施

         

摘要

延迟焦化装置能耗主要为燃料气、电能、蒸汽和水.以某设计能力120万t/a的延迟焦化装置为例,对其能耗结构及用能单耗进行了分析,指出降低装置综合能耗的关键是降低燃料气消耗、电消耗及蒸汽消耗.针对各用能单耗情况,采取了更换空气预热器、优化循环比、热水伴热改造、蒸汽防冻排冷凝水加装疏水器、乏汽冷凝水代替软化水、优化压缩机返飞开度、冷焦水流程优化、减少焦炭塔冷焦大小吹汽量等措施,装置综合能耗(以标油计)由设计值29.99 kg/t降至目前16 kg/t左右,处于同行业领先水平.%The main energy consumption of delayed coking unit is fuel gas,electricity,steam and water.Taking a delayed coking unit of 1 200 kt/a design capacity as example,the energy consumption structure and unit consumption are analyzed,and it is pointed out that the key to reduce the comprehensive energy consumption of the unit is to cut down the consumption of fuel gas,electricity and steam.Aiming at the situation of different unit consumption,the corresponding measures are taken including changing air pre-heater,optimizing recycle ratio,transforming hot-water tracing,installing steam condensate drain antifreeze trap,replacing soft water with steam condensation water,optimizing compressor to fly back,optimizing the coke cooling water flow,reducing the size of the coke tower coke cooling steam and so on.The comprehensive energy consumption (counted in standard oil) of the unit is reduced from 29.99 kg/t(design value) to 16 kg/t at present,which is in the advanced level of the same industry.
