复合肥产品后处理工艺加料装置的改进

摘要

针对复合肥后处理工艺中存在的包裹剂涂覆不均、包裹粉易脱落等问题,分析其原因并采取了相应的改进措施.根据包裹剂和包裹粉的特性所开发的专用加料设备,不仅改善了产品的防结块性能,也使后处理工段粉尘大量外溢问题得到有效解决,取得了良好的经济效益与环境效益.%According to the problems such as uneven coating of wrapping agent,easy falling-off of coated powder in the post-treatment process of compound fertilizers, the reason is analyzed and corresponding improvement measures are taken.The special feeding device developed according to the characteristics of the wrapping agent and coated powder not only improves the anti-caking property of the products but also effectively solves the problem of massive dust spillover in the post-treatment section,and achieves good economic and environmental benefits.
