化学品计量投加系统在各种工业领域中应用广泛。介绍了80万t/a戴维甲醇项目锅炉化学品加药系统的方案设计特点;论述了最终优化方案的选择确定依据和系统配置特点;分析了对于工艺过程和设备特性的理解在加药方案优化设计和设备选型过程的重要性。%Chemical metering charging system was widely used in various industrial fields.Author has introduced the features for scheme design of boiler chemical dosing system in Daiwei methanol project with a capacity of 800 000 t/a;has discussed the determined/selected basis for final optimum scheme and system arrangement feature;has analyzed the importance of understanding of process flow and equipment feature in the chemical dosing scheme optimum design and equipment selection process.
