壳牌煤气化装置合成气冷却器积灰原因分析及解决措施

         

摘要

以现役壳牌煤气化装置为例,从原料煤特性、激冷气量、振打器结构优化、十字架反吹设计等方面分析了合成气冷却器积灰问题的原因;提出了针对性的应对措施和改进方案;技改效果表明,合成气冷却器积灰问题的解决,使煤气化装置满负荷连续运行时间从30天提高到超过100天,吹灰装置获得国家专利授权。%Taking the Shell gasification plant in service as an example, author has analyzed the reason of ash accumulation in synthetic gas cooler from aspects of raw material coal feature, quenching gas quantity, structure optimization of the tapper and reverse blowing of the cross support and so on ; has proposed the purposive countermeasure and improvement scheme ; technical reformation effect indicates that having solved the ash accumulation problem in the synthetic gas cooler makes continuously operating time with full load of the coal gasification plant increased from 30 days to more than 100 days, and moreover the national patent of the ash blowing device is awarded successfully.
