二氧化碳汽提法工艺与氨汽提法工艺的比较

摘要

从工艺设计、工艺操作、工艺安全、设备防腐、能耗以及项目投资等方面对比分析了二氧化碳汽提法尿素生产工艺与氨汽提法尿素生产工艺的特点。结果表明，2000＋TM CO2汽提法工艺优于氨汽提法工艺和改良二氧化碳汽提法工艺。%Author has analyzed the features of urea production process by CO2 stripping method and urea production process by ammonia stripping method from aspects of process design, process operation, process safety, anti-corrosion of equipment, energy consume and investment of project etc.Re-sult indicates that 2000 +TM CO2 stripping process is better than processes of ammonia stripping method and modified CO 2 stripping method.
