绝热变换装置高温管道应力分析

摘要

Author has introduced the features for shift gas pipeline in large-sized synthesis ammonia adiabatic shift device;using stress analysis soft-ware CASERⅡ,stress analysis and optimization design were made for piping of high temperature pipeline in this device .Result indicates that through rea-sonable arrangement of support/hanging bracket and via increase of flexibility pipeline system ,it can make the stress and displacement for pipe system and the stress at pipe opening connected to its equipment to reach the requirement of standard and code.Moreover,author has also introduced the selection code for heavily loaded spring,prepared self by Lanzhou Sub-company,Aerospace Changzheng Chemical Engineering Stock Company Ltd.and the practi-cal application example.%介绍了大型合成氨绝热变换装置中变换气管道的特点；运用CASERⅡ应力分析软件对该装置中高温管道的配管进行了应力分析和优化设计。结果表明，通过合理设置支吊架及增加管系柔性，使管系的应力、位移以及与其相连设备的管口受力达到了标准规范的要求。此外，本文还介绍了航天长征化学工程股份有限公司兰州分公司自行编制的重载弹簧选型规范和应用实例。
