抽凝式汽轮机改造为抽背式汽轮机的可行性研究

摘要

Taking turbine reformation in Yankuang Guotai Chemical Engineering Company Ltd. as an example, necessity and feasibility were proved for double extraction condensation turbine reformed to back pressure extraction turbine;author has introduced the reformation situation of turbine and the running situation after its reformation;has compared the running parameters before and after reformations of turbine. Result indicates that the total refor-mation fee of this project is about 3 650 000 Yuan RMB, the totally expense for selecting and purchasing the similar electric generator set is about more than 20 000 000 Yuan RMB, the saved expense for only this one item exceeds 16 000 000 Yuan RMB.%以兖矿国泰化工有限公司汽轮机改造为例，论证了双抽凝汽式汽轮机改造为背压抽汽式汽轮机的必要性和可行性；介绍了汽轮机的改造概况和改造后的运行情况；对比了汽轮机改造前后的运行参数。结果表明，该项目全部改造费用约为365万元，而选购类似发电机组总费用在2000万元以上，仅此一项节省费用超过1600万元。
