在蒸汽透平压缩机汽轮机进口管道上安装可拆卸法兰是目前国内设计单位常采用的一种设计方式，可拆卸法兰能有效地解决高压蒸汽管道在试压、吹除和化学清洗过程中的难题。介绍了可拆卸法兰设置的依据、安装部位，着重阐述了取消可拆卸法兰的利弊，并得出结论：安装可拆卸法兰能有效地避免汽轮机进口管道因重新切口而带来的二次焊接的影响，最大程度上确保了汽轮机一次冲转的合格及压缩机在带有负荷状况下仍能安全、正常地运行。%Presently, domestic engineering companies usually design to install dismountable flanges on inlet pipelines of steam turbine compressor and steam turbine. Installing dismountable flange can efficiently solve the problems occurred in the course of pressure test, blow down and chemical cleaning of HP steam pipeline. This paper introduces setting basis and installation position of dismountable flange, and elaborates the advantages and disadvantages of cancelling dismountable flange. Finally, it comes up with the conclusions that installing dismountable flange can effectively avoid the impact of seconda-ry welding of steam turbine inlet pipeline due to new kerf, and ensure to a maximum extent that steam turbine impulse starting can be smoothly accom-plished, and compressor can be safely and normally operated under a load condition.
