低压氨合成装置原始开车总结

摘要

Large-sized and low pressure ammonia synthesis plant was newly built in the Shandong Dahua Chemical Engineering Science and Technolo-gy Company Ltd., in order to enlarge the production scale, and to form a superiority with a scale of “50-80”synthetic ammonia/urea.Author has intro-duced the flow sheet and main equipment of this plant, summarization was made for the main task of the original start-up, and moreover the matters should be noticed in the production were presented.%山东大化化工科技股份有限公司为扩大生产规模，形成合成氨、尿素“50－80”规模优势，新上了大型低压合成氨装置。介绍了该装置的工艺流程及主要设备，对原始开车的主要任务进行了总结，并提出了生产运行中的注意事项。
