当真空管道直径大于1000mm时,计算管道壁厚时,可考虑用加强圈来缩短管道有效长度,从而降低管道壁厚。本文阐述了某大型联合装置项目中塔顶大口径真空气相管道壁厚的计算、液压试验时的强度校核以及加强圈的详细设计。在加强圈的设计中,在选好型钢的类型后,根据压力容器国家标准GB150.3-2011的公式进行详细的计算,对所选的型钢进行校核,以满足加强圈与圆筒有效段组合截面的惯性矩Is大于所需惯性矩I。%When the diameter of the vacuum pipe exceeds 1000 mm, the flat steel for stiffening ring can be considered during the calculation of pipe wall thickness, it can reduce the wall thick⁃ness effectively.This paper is about the calculation of pipe wall thickness,the strength checking for hydraulic test and the detailed design of stiffening ring in the project of an integrated industrial unit.After the steel type was selected, the calculation formulas were provided according to Pressure vessels-Part 3:Design.The actual inertia moment of effective compound section of flat steel for stiffen⁃ing ring Isis greater than the needed,the flat steel was well checked.
