一种新型低固相油溶性暂堵型修井液的研制

         

摘要

A new oil‐soluble plugging workover liquid with low solid phase was prepared for application in high temperature and high salinity reservoir .Different single agents were selected in experiment ,and according to the result the best formula was optimized :purified formation water +1 wt% XF clay stabilizer + 0 .01 wt% TF‐280 Drainage agent + 0 .7 wt% disodium EDTA ferric ion stabilizer +1 .0 w t% KY‐6S filtration reducer +4 w t% oil soluble plugging agent (quality ratio of C9 petroleum resin and C5 petroleum resin is 1 .5∶1 .0) +0 .030 wt% AES dispersant .The optimized workover fluid properties such as apparent viscosity ,static suspension time ,high temperature and high pressure water loss (93 ℃ ,3 .45 MPa) ,retention rate of 24 h temperature resistance viscosity , temporary plugging rate and core permeability damage rate were evaluated .The results showed that the optimized workover fluid properties are better than the industry standard SY/T 5834-2014 ,and the workover fluid can be well used for workover in high temperature and high salinity reservoir .%针对柯克亚高温高盐凝析气藏储层敏感性强、修井液与储层不配伍导致地层严重伤害以及修井液漏失严重等生产实际问题,制备了一种具有抗温抗盐好、对地层伤害低、暂堵屏蔽能力强和防漏失能力高的低固相油溶性暂堵型修井液。实验对不同单剂进行了优选,并根据优选结果设计出最佳配方:净化地层水+1%(w)XF黏土稳定剂+0.01%(w)TF‐280助排剂+0.7%(w) EDTA 二钠铁离子络合剂+1.0%(w) KY‐6S增黏降滤失剂+4%(w)油溶性暂堵剂(C9石油树脂与C5石油树脂质量比为1.5∶1.0)+0.030%(w) AES分散剂。对该修井液体系的表观黏度、静态悬浮时间、高温高压失水量(93℃,3.45 M Pa )、24 h耐温黏度保留率、暂堵率和岩心渗透率损害率进行了评价,各项指标优于S Y/T 5834-2014《低固相压井液性能指标及评价方法》,表明该修井液性能良好,能应用于高温高矿化度油藏修井作业。
